Upon arrival, we check that everything is as described and that the device is functional.
STEP 5: Receive a price quote (within 2 working days of receipt)
You will receive a specific purchase price via message.
STEP 6: You decide
- Assume: Payment via PayPal or Transfer - or Invoicing when buying new.

How does the "old versus new" exchange work?

Which devices do you buy? Are there any restrictions regarding brands/models?
We are currently accepting devices from the following brands: HikMicro, Pulsar, PixFra, ThermTec, Liemke, Pard, Guide, Nocpix and InfirayThere is no fixed model list. The crucial factor is that the device... functioning at a hunt.
Do you also buy defective devices?
No, Defective devices are excluded..
How quickly will I receive a response after submitting the form?
Within 2 working days (Preliminary decision: Purchase possible or not).
How much does shipping to you cost?
Nothing. You get a free shipping label, the shipping is insured.
When will I receive your offer?
Within 2 working days after receipt of device you get your Price proposal.
Is the price proposal fair, or are you looking for reasons to lower it?
We'll check if everything is basically okay and then create a realistic offer based on that. Normal signs of wear and tear are fine. If anything not as described If so, this will be taken into account in the offer – you still decide freely.
What happens if your offer doesn't meet my expectations?
Then simply decline. We'll send your device back to you insured. There is a fee for this. Handling fee of €14,99

How do I get my money if I accept?

Can I sell it without buying a new one?

Will the purchase price be deducted directly from the new purchase price?
Yes, the purchase can be made when buying a new one. offset .
Do I need to include accessories or the original packaging?
Not necessarily. Accessories/original packaging are included. nice to have and can have a positive effect, but it is not mandatory.
How should I pack the device?
Sturdy and well-padded (ideally original packaging + outer box). Important: Secure accessories separately to prevent rattling inside the package.
What happens if you can't buy the device after all?
If it's clear from the form alone that a purchase isn't possible, you will incur costs. no costsIf you send it in and we determine upon receipt that it not as described If the requirements are not met, you will receive a customized offer – or you can have it done for you.
